hi frens i am posting something right now :)
We've recently noticed some issues people have on the public federated timeline with season 5. We have decided to stop by /pen/ and get some suggestions and opinions on the direction of season 5 and where we could take future seasons. To get anyone unaware up to speed the current arc is Fedi UN has been formed and riots are taking place on the TL. Lots of people are away including main cast members like noided (away training if anyone was curious)40 replies and 1 images, Click here to view all.

Been a while since we had a good Sterence Experiences thread. Anyone got any stories? I'll start >I was about 13 or 14 >In the woods grilling and shit with my brother, father, and a couple of his drunkard friends >literally 600-700 meters into the woods from the town's major road, near a river >so we're grilling sausages and stuff, it's evening in summer, so not really dark >one of the drunkards is a policeman and he has his dog with him >The dog starts barking at the trees. It was a pine forest, so there was not much vegetation and a clear sight for at least 100 meters. >But this fucking thing was much closer. >The dog was going crazy. >I turned and looked in the direction the dog was barking at and I saw a really fucking large sterence >about seven or eight feet tall >disgusting doglike features but standing hunched over on its back legs >arms went down to its knees >sparse fur all over its body >just like you read about in sterence threads on line >It stared at us occassionally shuddering for what felt like forever until it turned and got on all fours and ran back into the woods I don't think the drunkards ever saw it, the were busy guzzling beer and whatnot, didn't mind the dog. The dog wanted to chase this thing so bad it almost strangled itself on its leash. So, later we had ice cream. I have been in those woods after the incident countless times. I practically grew up in the woods. Never seen anything like it again in there.14 replies, Click here to view all.
>be 15 >in far away redneck town where only a few people lived, about 4km from nearest city, where i eventually went to college >we didn't really have much, and school pretty muched always ended early because teachers were just leaving for city >always went with my friends to the woods >the woods were about 10 acres deep, and right in the middle of it there was a river >we would throw rocks at the river and sometimes swim in it, it was pretty chill environment >one day we go at night because fuck it, spooky story time >friend had also "learned" how to make a campfire so we would check it out and have a good time >none of our parents were home waiting for us, something about school reuining and restructuring >we bring a flashlight and some supplies (like a firestarter because we didn't trust the guy that "knew how to make a fire"), and we also bring a book with /spooky/ campfire stories >we settle down near a rock in a small clearing, even as kids we knew better than make a fire near trees so we made sure to place rocks and clear the few plants that were nearby >there was a LOT of wind in the woods that night, and for some retarded reason we never seemed to pay attention to that >we grabbed a bunch of twigs and started the fire right before the forest got completely dark, it was way harder to actually get it started since it wasn't as dry as we had thought, but it worked in the end >we fuck around and sit in the woods, way more bored than we had thought. >we start reading the spooky stories book, starting with the story about the magic beaver that raped babies. pretty fucked up book now that we think about it, but it was probably just my friend making up some bullshit
>>TOBGYFM3 >so the beaver looks in the woods at night, scavenging for lost indian boys to eat if they weren't in their tent at a certain hour in the night. he would crawl up their robes and bite their genitals off until there was only a scab left, and the indian tribe had to sacrifice the kid in order to remove the "infertility curse" that it had brought up on it >didn't know indians lived through shit like this, made me appreciate them a little more if i'm being honest >but that's when I hear it >a low, humming growl coming from somewhere within the woods >i'm a bit curious at first, because it sounded like a sound the wind would've made, but as it got louder i started getting alarmed >my friends started noticing it as well, and the storyteller stopped speaking and said something like "do you hear that?" >we start to theorize on what it might be, but we starting shitting out pants once we saw what was producing the sound >it was a 8 to 9 feet tall sterence, like a huge ostrich with arms and a snout, like an extremely malnourished bear >it looked so freakish and disgusting that it was beyond doubt not a normal forest creature >we got seriously startled and began treading away from it slowly at first, and after gaining distance we just dipped >we had left the fire running of course, and we had dispersed as to not have the creature follow all of us. despite us running it could catch up fairly quick but it never chased us, just kept watching us >eventually we lost it, and i was left alone to go to my house. i remember sweating in the chilly night and going to bed immediately, not even waking my brother >i slept in that day, it was a friday, and in the news we heard there had been a devastating fire that burned about 5 acres of land. luckily the firemen managed to cut the trees along clearings so it wouldn't spread more, and they let the forest burn for a few days
>>U0FUI5DU obviously i never went to the woods after that, not that there were any woods to go back too. it still freaks me out to this day, and can't help but wonder whether that freak got burned down along with half the forest, or if its still out there
