I must say, trying to eat healthy while not having a good income if quite difficult. Anything that is good for you is very expensive and in small portions. Anything unhealthy is cheap and in large portions. With rent, car insurance, gas, medical cost, bills, it's just too much to ask for access to healthy food.

What kills is the dosage, however the phosphate can be absorbed as a nutrient, which I implied. Ammonium bicarbonate is just a cheap alternative to sodium bicarbonate, which everyone in baking does.
I think it's characterized by typically more crunchy/thin dough and a much lighter sauce. I don't think they use as much sauce either. There is a lower amount of the ingredients as well. Probably half.
